Mustique Luxury Holidays

Heading south from St Vincent in the Grenadines, you'll discover the Gem of the Caribbean, Mustique.

Mustique is a secluded 1,400 acre island surrounded by beaches of pure white sand. It is a private retreat of barefoot luxury for those who visit and a peaceful setting where one can rest, recuperate and indulge. Mustique is so peaceful that even during peak season there is little traffic or congestion. You may be totally alone on the beaches and rest assured that even renowned spots such as lovely Macaroni Beach remain tranquil and uncrowded.

English is the common language but due to an international scope of owners and guests, languages such as French, Italian, German and Dutch are readily spoken.

While small, you will love this island's safe, warm turquoise waters, soft white-sand beaches, varied terrain and astonishing views. Mustique is privately owned, and has long been a hiding place for the rich and famous, including Princess Margaret and other members of the British Royal Family, Mick Jagger and David Bowie to name a few.

You won't find cruise ships in the harbour, only occasional yachtsmen drifting through on their way to somewhere else in the Grenadines.  You won't find shops galore either, just a couple of small boutiques.

One of the superb Mustique beaches

There's one little town with one bar and restaurant, the famous "Basil's Bar & Restaurant".   Seven large gorgeous beaches embellish the island with lots of spots to snorkel, fish, or swim.  Your days in Mustique will be some of the most relaxing that you've ever spent in the Caribbean.

Mustique quietly shares its unspoiled treasures with each of its guests. A hideaway for celebrities and royalty, the island is renowned for its seclusion. Mustique has several beautiful beaches and protected coves for guests to enjoy. Take in sailing, scuba diving and snorkeling, tennis, motorboat excursions, or horseback riding.

Mustique appeals to those who seek privacy, virgin Caribbean territory, and a retreat from a demanding position in civilization. Unlike other Caribbean islands, this is a closely knit community populated by families who have lived here all their lives and by home owners who have made a financial and emotional commitment to preserving Mustique, just as it always was.
